MUNICIPAL ADVERTISMENT BOROUGH OF NORTH CATASAUQUA Notice of Request for Proposals for Professional Services Contract to Manage Borough Pension Accounts Notice is hereby given that the Borough of North Catasauqua is accepting proposals for a professional services contract to provide services for the borough pension system, commencing on a date to be mutually agreed by the Borough and the selected Professional Services Contractor. The proposed contract concerns professional services for management of the North Catasauqua Non-Uniform and Uniform Police Pension accounts in compliance with applicable law, plan requirements, investment policies and fiduciary standard, the disclosure of fees, compensation, conflicts, personnel, advisors and subcontractors as required by law, attendance at meetings as requested, transition assistance at commencement and termination of the engagement, and performance of all services contemplated by the proposed contract, including but not limited discretionary investment management, investment advisory services, account monitoring, reporting, fiduciary support, compliance assistance, and meetings with borough officials.
