NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Coaldale, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, proposes to enact the following Ordinance at a meeting of such Council to be duly called and duly held not less than seven (7) days nor more than sixty (60) days after the publication of this Notice. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF COALDALE BOROUGH, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, ESTABLISHING THE MINIMUM REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE CONDITIONS FOR THE KEEPING, LICENSING AND CONTROL OF ANIMALS; PROVIDING FOR AN ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH; KNOWN AS THE ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE The Borough Council of Coaldale proposes to adopt an ordinance amending the Borough Ordinance entitled "Animal Control" for the Borough of Coaldale specifically pertaining to the penalty portion thereof and increasing the penalties for violation thereof.
