Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of South Whitehall Township will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for the following zoning appeals: ZHB-2026-06 The appeal of Christopher Walker and Alexandra Walker, requesting the following relief from the Ordinance: (1) A variance from Section 350-42(p)(1) to permit replacement and expansion of an existing deck with a new deck measuring thirty feet (30') in width and twelve feet (12') in depth where the Ordinance would limit the deck to maximum dimensions of seven feet four inches and eight tenths of an inch (7' 4.8") in width and seven feet (7') in depth.
