ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Borough of Catasauqua ("Owner") will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program from qualified Respondents for a service contract ("Contract") for general repairs, maintenance and emergency repairs to Borough-owned utilities and facilities, including but not limited to the Borough's wastewater treatment plant, water treatment facility, water distribution system, and sanitary sewer and storm sewer collection systems. Work under this Contract shall be assigned by the Borough via issuance of individual Work Orders for specified tasks and/or projects, as necessary. The Contract is intended to be in effect for a duration of three (3) years, with the potential for renewal for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. Bids will be received online via PennBid until 11:00 a.m. (prevailing time) on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Bid results will be made available on PennBid after bid opening and review by Owner. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026 at the Borough of Catasauqua's Municipal Building (90 Bridge Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032). A site tour of the Borough's existing wastewater treatment plant and water treatment facility may follow the pre-bid meeting, if needed.
