Notice is hereby given that the Lower Macungie Township Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on June 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building, 3400 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA 18062, regarding a request to vacate a portion of the Township road known as Locust Lane. The hearing is being held pursuant to the First Class Township Code at 53 P.S. § 57007. The portion of right-of-way on Locust Lane that is proposed to be vacated is bordered along its west edge by Lot 1 of the Spring Creek Subdivision, 1611 Locust Lane, Alburtis, PA 18011 being PIN 546414129520-1, and along its east edge by 1672 Burdell Lane, Alburtis, PA 18011 being PIN 546414421954-1. The request to vacate the right-of-way is made in conjunction with the realignment of Locust Lane. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing. The Lower Macungie Township Municipal Building is accessible to the physically handicapped.
