The application of Kim Miller regarding 106 North Twelfth Street, Lehighton, PA 18235, Parcel ID# 84A3-29-B6.02. The applicant seeks to construct a front porch addition to their house within a required front-yard setback and is therefore requesting a Variance from the Zoning Hearing Board from the requirements of Zoning Ordinance Section 218-16: "Schedule of Development Standards."
