Emmaus Borough Council will be holding a Public Hearing and voting on the following ordinance, at the July 20, 2026, Council Meeting. ORDINANCE NO. 1288 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF EMMAUS, LEHIGH COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYVANIA, VACATING A PORTION OF PERKIOMEN STREET AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE The ordinance would vacate an approximate seventy (70') foot wide paper street known as Perkiomen Street, which is located between PINs 549474474892-1, 549474989881-1 and 549485110038-1. A copy of the plan depicting the portion of Perkiomen Street proposed to be vacated and the full text of the ordinance is available at Emmaus Borough Hall, 28 S 4th Street, and at www.emmauspa.gov. Emmaus Borough Council shall conduct a reading and possible adoption of the ordinance upon the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
