AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF NESQUEHONING, CARBON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF NESQUEHONING, SPECIFICALLY CHAPTER 5 "CODE ENFORCEMENT", SECTION 5-401, ET.SEQ., AND KNOWN AS THE "NFPA LIFE SAFETY CODE" The Borough Council of Nesquehoning proposes to adopt an Ordinance amending the NFPA Life Safety Code to add section 855 relative to installation of stationary energy storage systems.
