NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of North Catasauqua will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 at 5:30 PM in Borough Hall located at 1066 Fourth Street, North Catasauqua, PA 18032. The subject of the hearing will be:
APPEAL No. 2026-04. The Applicant, ARW Holdings, LLC, will appear before the Borough of North Catasauqua Zoning Hearing Board to appeal the denial of a zoning permit for a property located at 408 Buttonwood Street in the R-2 Zoning District. The applicant seeks to construct an accessory apartment at the premises, which may only be permitted by special exception under Zoning Ordinance § 402-1.3. The Applicant also seeks a variance from § 502(A)(1) of the Zoning Ordinance limiting an accessory apartment to no more than 600 sq. ft. The Applicant seeks to construct a 979 sq. ft. space.
