NOTICE McAdoo Borough Be notified that the McAdoo Borough Uniform Construction Code ("UCC") Board of Appeals will conduct a hearing and/or render a decision on an appeal on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the McAdoo Borough Municipal Building at 23 N. Hancock Street, McAdoo, PA 18237. The appeal was filed by Andinson Rafael Arias Arias ("appellant"), and relates to the property at 133 S. Hancock Street, McAdoo, PA 18237 (parcel number 49-02-0018.000) ("Subject Property"). The Subject Property owner is Radmila Djordjevic. The Subject Property owner allegedly entered into an Installment Sales Agreement with ATodo, LLC, which in turn allegedly entered into an Installment Sales Agreement with appellant. The issue before the Board of Appeals is whether appellant is an "owner" or an "authorized agent" as those terms are used/defined in the UCC or in the various codes that have been incorporated into the UCC for purposes of obtaining a permit to conduct property rehabilitation on the Subject Property.
