Bid documents may be obtained from the Carbon County Purchasing Department at (570) 325-8988, Carbon County Administration Building, 2nd Floor, Jim Thorpe PA 18229.
Bids will be accepted in sealed envelopes in the office of the County Controller, Carbon County Administration Building, 2nd Floor, P.O. Box 59, Jim Thorpe, PA 18229 on or before 3:30 P.M., prevailing time, November 2, 2026.
Bidders must submit one bid per envelope, clearly marked "Bid for vehicle #____.
Bids will be opened publicly at the Board of Commissioners Meeting held on Thursday, November 5, 2026 beginning at 10:30 AM.
The vehicles will be available for viewing on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the Carbon County Communications Center Parking Lot, 1264 Emergency Lane, Nesquehoning, PA.
The successful bidders will be contacted in order to make the necessary arrangements.
