Appellant is appealing the Zoning Officers determination (procedurally) in accordance with Ordinance 2019-10, Chapter 27, Part 25, Section 27-2503.A and requests relief under Ordinance 2019-10, Chapter 27, Part 17, Section 27-1708.2.A.2 to allow the installation of a 6 foot tall fence within the front yard area exceeding the maximum allowable height of 4 feet.
