All property is sold "as-is, where-is," with all faults and without warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied. The township makes no representations regarding the condition, quality, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or operability of any property. Prospective bidders are responsible for inspecting the property and satisfying themselves as to its condition and value before bidding. No refunds, returns, credits, or price adjustments will be made due to the condition of the property. Online bids shall be submitted via Municibid, starting 10:00 a.m. on October 19, 2026. This auction will end on Municibid at 10:00 a.m. on November 4, 2026, which is the date/time set for the Township to view the bids for results.
