The property owner is seeking a variance from the minimum lot area requirements for apartments limited to persons 55 and older (Section 307.A); and favorable interpretations of the borough's Use categories, specifically dwelling units for persons 55 and older and conversion of an existing building to result in an increased number of dwelling units.
