NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Ordinance will be enacted at a meeting of the Borough Council of Lehighton Borough, Carbon County, Pennsylvania to be held on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 6:30 P.M., prevailing time, at the at the Lehighton Municipal Building located at 1 Constitution Avenue, Lehighton, Pennsylvania: the ordinance is entitled " AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF LEHIGHTON AMENDING CHAPTER 213 OF THE BOROUGH CODE REGARDING STREETS, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. A summary of the contents of the Ordinance is as follows: Section 213-16(B) shall be amended to add a four-way stop intersection at the intersection of Iron Street and South Second Street. The full text of the Ordinance in its entirety may be examined at the Lehighton Borough Municipal Building located at 1 Constitution Avenue, Lehighton Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday during regular business hours..
