NOTICE TO PROPOSERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING SERVICES The Borough of Alburtis is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms interested in providing Municipal Engineering Services to the Borough of Alburtis for the term beginning January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. The selected Municipal Engineer will provide professional engineering services to the Borough, including, but not limited to, general municipal engineering consultation, review of subdivision and land development plans, zoning and development-related matters, stormwater management, roadway and infrastructure projects, preparation and review of engineering plans and specifications, inspections, grant assistance, and other engineering services as requested by Borough Council and Borough administration. Interested proposers may obtain a complete copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Municipal Engineering Services from the Borough of Alburtis by contacting the Borough Office at (610) 966-4777 or by emailing the Borough Manager at snemeth@alburtis.org. Sealed proposals shall be clearly marked "Municipal Engineer – RFP" and submitted to: Borough of Alburtis Attn: Stephen Nemeth, Borough Manager P.O. Box 435 260 Franklin Street Alburtis, PA 18011 Proposals must be received by the Borough no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 6, 2026. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The Borough of Alburtis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to select the proposal that, in the opinion of Borough Council, best meets the needs and interests of the Borough.
