(3) 1,000 Tons PA-2A Subbase: Delivered;
(4) 300 Tons Superpave Binder Course, 19.0 mm: FOB Plant;
(5) 600 Tons PennDOT Type AS3 Anti-Skid: Delivered;
(6) 1,000 Tons AASHTO No. 8: Delivered;
(7) 1,000 Tons AASHTO No. 8, Type A, with a 1.0% Loss by Wash (washed for Bituminous Seal Cost application): Delivered; and
(8) 5,000 Gallons Emulsified Asphalt Material, either Class RS-2PM (Polymer-Modified Emulsified Asphalt) or Class CRS-2PM (Polymer-Modified Cationic Emulsified Asphalt): FOB Plant.
