NOTICE TO PROPOSERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – MUNICIPAL SOLICITOR The Borough of Alburtis is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms and/or attorneys interested in providing Municipal Solicitor services to the Borough of Alburtis for the term beginning January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. The selected Municipal Solicitor will provide general legal services to the Borough, including, but not limited to, legal advice and representation concerning Borough ordinances, resolutions, contracts, policies, personnel matters, municipal operations, litigation, land use and zoning matters, and other legal matters as requested by Borough Council and Borough administration. The Borough of Alburtis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to select the proposal that, in the opinion of Borough Council, best meets the needs and interests of the Borough.
