NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT THE Allen Township Board of Supervisors of Northampton County is considering adoption of Ordinance 2026-02. Public input will be heard at the General Supervisors Meeting scheduled for November 10, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the Allen Township Municipal Building located at 50 Snow Hill Road, Northampton, Pennsylvania. Summary of the proposed Ordinance 2026-02 is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ALLEN PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF SPRING HILL ROAD PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XXIII OF THE PENNSYLVANIA SECOND CLASS TOWNSHIP CODE Immediately following the public hearing, on November 10, 2026 at 6 PM, the Allen Township Board of Supervisors will consider voting on the adoption and enactment of above described ordinance.
