TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. "AS-IS" Condition: The real property is being sold in an "AS-IS" condition, with no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to zoning, environmental conditions, or habitability.
2. Minimum Bid: The minimum acceptable bid for this property is $10,000.00
3. Deposit: The successful bidder shall be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the successful bid amount by certified check or cashier's check made payable to the "Borough of Walnutport" at the conclusion of the bidding.
4. Closing: Settlement must occur within sixty (60) days of the acceptance of the bid by Borough Council. The buyer is responsible for all closing costs, including transfer taxes, title insurance, and legal fees.
Council Reservation: The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough.
