NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of School Directors of Panther Valley School District, in Carbon and Schuylkill Counties, Pennsylvania (the "School District"), proposes to adopt, at a public meeting to be held not less than three (3) days nor more than thirty (30) days following the date of publication of this notice, a resolution (the "Resolution"), the caption and summary of such proposed Resolution being as follows:
"RESOLUTION
INCURRING NONELECTORAL DEBT TO BE EVIDENCED BY ITS GENERAL OBLIGATION NOTE, SERIES A OF 2026, IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $995,000, TO REFUND A PORTION OF ITS OUTSTANDING GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES OF 2020, AND TO PAY RELATED COSTS OF ISSUING THE NOTE; ACCEPTING A BANK LOAN PROPOSAL; SETTING FORTH THE TERMS AND SUBSTANTIAL FORM OF THE NOTE; PLEDGING THE SCHOOL DISTRICT'S FULL FAITH, CREDIT AND TAXING POWER, WITHIN THE LIMITS ESTABLISHED BY LAW, TO SECURE THE NOTE; CREATING A SINKING FUND AND APPOINTING A SINKING FUND DEPOSITORY; PROVIDING FOR THE REDEMPTION OF THE REFUNDED BONDS; AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTIONS AND DOCUMENTS."
The proposed Resolution can be examined in the office of the Secretary of the Board of the School District located at One Panther Way, Lansford, Pennsylvania, on any open business day of the School District between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Such Resolution may contain blanks, as permitted by the Pennsylvania Local Government Unit Debt Act (the "Debt Act"), that will be completed prior to its final adoption. A notice of the adoption of the Resolution, including a description of any amendments, will be advertised in accordance with the Debt Act. This Notice is given in accordance with the Debt Act.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the UCC Board of Appeals of East Allen Township, Northampton County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will hold a public meeting on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 7:00:00 PM at the East Allen Township Municipal Building located at 5344 Nor-Bath Boulevard, Northampton, PA, 18067. The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct a public hearing for UCC Board of Appeals application from Luke Lichtenwalner, Agent on behalf of UGI Utilities, Inc. The UCC Board of Appeals request is for the Appeal of Building Code Official or Code Official Determination under Chapter 87 - Article III Uniform Construction Code specifically 34 Pa. Code § 403.122 and specific criteria ordained in § 403.122. Appeals, Variances and Extensions of Time. The UGI Utilities, Inc has filed an appeal maintaining that utility facilities are exempt from local regulation, pursuant to 53 P.S. Section 10619, and further the proposd noise-limiting structure is not a "building" for purposes of Section 10619. The subject property where the proposed UCC Board of Appeals is located at 6659 Locust Road & 6699 Locust Road on tax parcel(s) L6-6-1A-0508 & L6-7-2-0508 at Locust Road near the intersection of Beth-Bath Pike (Route 512).
