Applicant seeks to extend the variance granted on April 30, 2021 and extended to April 30, 2023, pursuant to Section1302.6 of the Zoning Ordinance, which granted Applicant as to 1910 Berwick Street, Beaver Meadows, Banks Township, Carbon County, PA, PIN# 125-3-A5.13, and Parcel 125-3-A5.09 which are located in the R-2 Zoning District to use both parcels for a commercial use for an auto repair/sales business and for business signs.
