Penn Forest Township is seeking Bid Proposals from qualified vendors for Snow Removal Services for approx. 25 miles of Township Roads for the 2025/2026 winter season. Bid packets w/specifications can be obtained from the Township Secretary; Penn Forest Township Municipal Building located at 2010 State Route 903, Jim Thorpe. Sealed bids are due by 3:00 pm October 6, 2025, and will be opened and read at the Board of Supervisors meeting that evening at approx. 7pm at the Penn Forest Township Municipal Building.
The successful bidder must provide a guarantee of performance in the amount of 10% of the amount of the contract.
