Location: 3311 Airport Road, Allentown, PA 18109, PIN 641819088171, the subject property is located in the AI- Airport Industrial Zoning District. Applicant is requesting a variance to section 27-409 and 27-602 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding the maximum permitted structure height in the AI – Airport Industrial Zoning District and the proposed angle and depth of the parking spaces within the proposed five – story parking garage.
