Help Wanted PUBLIC NOTICE A CIVIL SERVICE ELIGIBILITY LIST FOR FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER IS BEING ESTABLISHED The Police Civil Service Commission of Nesquehoning Borough is accepting applications for the position of full-time police officer. The applicants must be 21 years of age or older to apply, must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a high school diploma or equilvalent. All applicants must possess an ACT 120 certification and be able to pass a psychological exam, medical exam and drug testing. There is a $40.00 non-refundable application fee. The starting rate of pay will be based on the current police contract. Applications may be obtained here at the Borough Hall, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or on the Borough's website www.nesquehoning. org.
