Help Wanted PUBLIC NOTICE A CIVIL SERVICE ELIGIBILTY LIST FOR FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER IS BEING ESTABLISHED The Police Civil Service Commission of Nesquehoning Borough is accepting applications for the position of full-time police officer. The applicants must be 21 years of age or older to apply, must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. All applicants must possess an ACT 120 certification and be able to pass a psychological exam, medical exam and drug testing. There is a $40.00 non-refundable application fee. The starting rate of pay will be based on the current police contract. Applications may be obtained here at the Borough Hall, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. or on the Borough's website www.nesquehoning.org. Applications must be returned to the Borough Secretary by 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2026. Nesquehoning Borough is an E.O.E.
