LIBRARY DIRECTOR – Dimmick Memorial & Penn Kidder Libraries LIBRARY DIRECTOR – Dimmick Memorial & Penn Kidder Libraries The Board of Trustees seeks a visionary leader to serve as the "Architect of the Next Chapter" for our libraries serving northern Carbon County. The Role: Manage 2 sites, lead fundraising/grant initiatives, and lead our Community programs and STEAM initiatives. Requirements: Minimum Provisional Librarian Certificate (Bachelor's + 12 Library Science credits) or ability to attain. >Valid PA Driver's License/reliable vehicle for branch travel. >Required PA state clearances and background checks. >Leadership profile: Fair but firm, process-focused, and community-minded. Compensation: Full-time. Anticipated range up to $46,000/year based on experience. PTO included.
