Position open Director of Business Development and Strategy (Ringtown, PA) – Develop and implement strategic plans for identifying and analyzing new regional markets for small construction equipment and on-site protective structures company. Will use knowledge of the theories and principles of Geographic Information Science and database ERP systems to determine the location of new distribution centers for company products. Conduct spatial data analysis to assess urban growth potential, transportation accessibility, market distribution and environmental suitability. Will use knowledge of land use and zoning regulations, environmental review processes, and permitting procedures to enhance operational decision-making on most efficient location of new distribution centers. Requires a Masters Degree in Urban Planning, Geographic Information Science or closely related field and 1 year experience in applying advanced spatial analysis to determine optimal locations for product distribution centers.
