A highly qualified Paraprofessional is preferred or willing to obtain credentials to become highly qualified. (Associate degree or equivalent credit hours); 5 ¾ hours per day/5 days per week. Northern Lehigh School District is seeking an Instructional
Paraprofessional to support multilingual learners (K–12).
Responsibilities include providing instructional support, assisting with
language development, supporting family engagement, and helping administer WIDA
assessments. Candidates should be patient, flexible, dependable, and possess
basic computer skills. Bilingual candidates (Spanish preferred) are encouraged
to apply but bilingualism is not required.
