Appeal # 3-25: Appeal of 731 Front St. LLC, 555 Hamilton St Allentown, Pa. 18101 for a use and occupancy variance relating to the property at 731 Front Street, Catasauqua, Pa. located in the Downtown Commercial Zoning District. Specifically, the applicant is requesting a variance from Section 280 Attachment 2, "Table of Permitted Uses by District, Primarily Nonresidential Districts" to convert the primary non-residential use to a residential use by converting the non-residential space to residential by converting this space into an apartment.
