NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Towamensing Township ("Board") will hold a hearing at the Towamensing Township Municipal Building located 120 Stable Road, Lehighton, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, on Monday September 29, 2025 at 7:00 P.M., prevailing time, regarding an application by Bollinger Solar, LLC, ("Applicant"). Applicant seeks the following: a Variance to Sections 602B(1) (Steep Slopes 8-15%), 602(B3) (Steep Slopes 25% or more), and 602(C) (Forest). Applicants seek the listed relief to allow construction of a ground mounted solar energy system. Applicants propose development of approximately 52% of areas on the property sloped 8-15%, 100% of the 88 sq feet of land sloped at 25% or more, and to clear 92% of the 2.5 acres of trees on the west side of the property.
