The purpose of this hearing is to receive comment from the public regarding the proposed Cable Franchise Agreement between Franklin Township and Blue Ridge Cable Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Blue Ridge Communications ("Cable Franchise Agreement"). Copies of the proposed Cable Franchise Agreement may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge no greater than the cost thereof at the Franklin Township Municipal Administration Office, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public meeting on November 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to consider and adopt Township Bill No. 34-2025: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP BY REZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 1.235 ACRE PARCEL OWNED BY CATAWBA ASSOCIATES-ALLENTOWN, LLC FROM OP, OFFICE PARK, TO C-2, REGIONAL/COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL. A full copy of the Ordinance, along with any and all accompanying maps, drawings and/or plans, will be on file and available for examination at the Township's offices at 3219 MacArthur Road, Whitehall, PA 18052 during ordinary business hours.
