NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, will hold public hearings on the following dates: December 8, 2025; December 9, 2025 and December 10, 2025, each beginning at 7:00 PM, prevailing time, at the North Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 3256 Levans Road, Coplay, Pennsylvania 18037. If the Board of Supervisors determines that the Zoning Ordinance, or portions thereof, is substantially invalid for the foregoing reasons, it may enact a Resolution entitled "A RESOLUTION OF NORTH WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP, LEHIGH COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ADOPTED PURSUANT TO SECTION 609.2 OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPALITIES PLANNING CODE DECLARING THE NORTH WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE OF 2002, AS AMENDED, SUBSTANTIALLY INVALID AND PROPOSING TO PREPARE A CURATIVE AMENDMENT TO OVERCOME SUCH INVALIDITY" or words to that effect. Copies of plans, explanatory materials, or proposed amendments may be examined by the public between the hours of 7:30 A.M and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday, at the North Whitehall Township Municipal Building located 3256 Levans Road, Coplay, Pennsylvania 18037.
