PROPOSED PHASE 2 RENOVATIONS
Sealed bids for re-bid of the HVAC portion of [Insert Project Here]Mahoning Township Proposed Phase 2 Renovations will be received by Mahoning Township, 2175 Blakeslee Blvd Dr. W, Lehighton, PA 18235, no later than 2pm on January 27, 2026.
The project consists of a new dehumidifier system for existing municipal office and police station.
Bids received after time specified above will not be accepted. Properly received bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately following deadline for receiving bids. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11am on January 8, 2026 at the project site 2175 Blakeslee Blvd Dr. W, Lehighton, PA 18235. Bonds shall be issued by a surety authorized and licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
