Notice is given that Ordinance #2025-01 shall be considered, and if appropriate, adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Upper Macungie Township at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Upper Macungie Township Municipal Building, 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031.
Ordinance #2025-01: Proposing to amend the Township of Upper Macungie Code of Ordinances, Chapter 1 (Administration and Government), Part 1 (Township Officials), Section 1-127 (Duties) to further define the duties delegated to the Township Manager, as set forth in more detail in the body of the ordinance.
Copies of the proposed Ordinance shall be on display at the Upper Macungie Township Municipal Building at the address indicated above, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and on file at The Morning Call, where it may be inspected.
