ZONING APPEAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of North Whitehall Township will be held in person at the North Whitehall Township Municipal Building- 3256 Levans Rd, Coplay PA 18037 on Wednesday January 21, 2026, at 7:00 pm for the purpose of hearing the following Zoning Appeal(s):
Appeal No. NWT-250009, Michael P Bodamer & Brynn L Haynes, 4585 Court St, Coplay, PA 18037, hereby request Special Exception approval under Zoning Ordinance Sections 440-12. B and 440-42. D.9.b.4 of the North Whitehall Township Zoning Ordinance of 2002 as amended, to utilize nine hundred (900) square feet of a proposed barn as a dog grooming facility. In the alternative, the applicant challenges the validity of the North Whitehall Township Zoning Ordinance of 2025, in so far as it defines dog grooming and prohibits or restricts the use or development of land for that purpose.
