MUNICIPAL ADVERTISEMENT BOROUGH OF NORTH CATASAUQUA Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of North Catasauqua will conduct a public hearing on a petition presented by certain residents of Ridge Street in accordance with Section 1732(a) of the Borough Code for the opening of the roadway. Said meeting shall be held at Borough Hall, located at 1066 Fourth Street, North Catasauqua, on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Immediately following the hearing, Council may take action on said petition. Pursuant to Section 1732(b) of the Borough Code, any owners of abutting real estate not joining in the petition have or will receive personal notice of said hearing, and all others are noticed hereby. 1. Property for Sale
Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Walnutport will accept sealed bids for the purchase of real property located at 306 Oak Street, Walnutport, Pennsylvania 18088 consisting of approximately 0.30 acres/square feet and identified as Parcel ID J2NW-4C-2-1033 (the "Property"). The property is currently zoned R-2 Medium Zoning District.
2. Condition of Sale
The Property is being sold in "AS-IS" condition with no warranties or representations of any kind, including but not limited to, environmental condition, zoning, or suitability for development. The Borough makes no representation regarding the presence of underground storage tanks or other environmental hazards. The property is subject to the current zoning and is no longer permitted to be used as a repair garage. The property does require that the existing structure and tires be removed. The property has water and sewer.
3. Minimum Bid
The minimum bid amount for the property is $115,000.00. Bids below this amount will not be considered.
