NOTICE TO BIDDERS South Whitehall Township is soliciting bids for the following: REBID #2026-04: Road Building Materials Sealed online bids will be accepted via the PennBid Program until 10:00 a.m., local time, on March 26, 2026. On March 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., South Whitehall Township will receive the sealed bids and open them online, with results being made public via PennBid. Online sealed bids shall be submitted by way of the PennBid Program. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost except at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid security/bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Bid opening. Any questions related to this bid solicitation should be submitted using the "ask question tab" feature within PennBid no later than five (5) days prior to the bid opening. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept either in whole or in part, any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests.
