The purpose of the meeting is for the State Ethics Commission to provide an ethics training seminar for the Members of City Council as required in Article 104 entitled Ethics Training for City Council Members. TITLE: BILL NO. 18-2026. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM, COUNTIES OF LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE LIQUID FUELS BUDGET FOR 2026. SUMMARY: That total appropriations in the Liquid Fuels Budget for 2026 be decreased from $2,374,220 to $2,210,833. ORDINANCE 890 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF FOUNTAIN HILL,
CHAPTER 18, PART 7, TO REVISE SECTION 701 RELATING TO
THE REGULATIONS REQUIRING THE TESTING, INSPECTION
REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF BUILDING SEWERS AND
SEWER LATERALS AND PROVIDING FOR REMEDIES AND
PENALTIES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE
Borough Council will review Ordinance #890 at its regular meeting on May 4, 2025, at which time the Ordinance will be considered for adoption. Upon adoption, said ordinance will become effective in accordance with law.
