The Steelworker Veterans Memorial Committee is seeking the qualified and experienced services of a monument or memorial company to create and install additions to the Steelworker Veterans Memorial currently located at 602 East Second Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015

Granite should be Pennsylvania black mist. All sides of the pieces to be polished. With full perpetual warranty. All granite needs to be cut and manufactured in the USA. Price needs to include carving lettering etchings, all installation on site. Project costs should include prevailing wage rates.
Installation will be on existing concrete foundations. All granite must be drilled and pinned using stainless threaded rod and epoxied with Hilti re-500 epoxy. All seams to be sealed with 100 percent silicone. Project specs provided by and original work completed by Earl Wenz Inc.
Desired project completion deadline is November 1, 2026.
Bid submission: Bids should be submitted by mail by 4pm, May 1st, 2026 at the address listed above. Bids should include a specific cost breakdown by line item including labor, materials, etc. Bids will be considered valid for 90 days. Bids will be opened and reviewed Monday, May 4th at 10am at 602 East Second Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
