Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for the following zoning appeal: ZHB-2026-05-H3: For the subject property 915 Delaware, Tax PIN 642722741969, pursuant to Section 111.D (1)(a) of the Borough of Fountain Hill Zoning Ordinance the appeal by property owner Diane Dymek of the Zoning Violation Notice issued by the Zoning Officer. The property owner contends that there has been an alleged error by the Zoning Officer, Section 112.A. The owner is also seeking determination from the board that the property is a lawful non-conforming use. The subject property is located in the Industrial zoning district.
