INVITATION TO BID Valley Housing Development Corporation "VHDC" will receive sealed bids for purchase and installation of two roof-mounted photovoltaic collection systems to be installed at Gordon Street Apartments located at the intersection of East Gordon & North Oswego Streets in Allentown, Pennsylvania. VHDC solicits and encourages the participation of small diverse businesses, including Minority, Women, LGBT, Veteran and Disability-Owned business enterprises.
