Applicant is requesting a favorable interpretation that sections 27-45(C) and 27-146(21), requiring a scaled site plan signed and sealed by a registered professional and requiring 11 off street parking spaces up to Township standards, do not apply to a pending Conditional Use application to continue to operate an illegal rooming or boarding house as a drug and alcohol recovery house.
