NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Coaldale, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, proposes to enact the following Ordinance at a meeting of such Council to be duly called and duly held not less than seven (7) days nor more than sixty (60) days after the publication of this Notice. AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF COALDALE, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 87-1 AND CHAPTER 87-3 OF THE ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF COALDALE, SPECIFICALLY ORDINANCE NO. 1 OF 1998 AND KNOWN AS BUILDING SEWERS AND CONNECTIONS. The Borough Council of Coaldale proposes to adopt an ordinance amending the Borough sewer Ordinance for the Borough of Coaldale and specifying sewer connections within the borough.
