Legal notice is hereby given that the Hanover Township Council will hold a public hearing in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, PA. The purpose of this public hearing shall be to gather public comments concerning the potential amendments to the Township's Zoning Map to 1) update boundary of the PIO (planned industrial-office) district including parcel numbers 640962830375, 640963557587, 640972209249, 640972628852, 640982492852, 640984858477, 641903688863, 641915013981, 641817957928, 640881565854, 640871458369, 640871465589, 640871569232, 640871639863, 640871666464, 640871769078, 640871778159, and 640871128466 in their entirety and parcels numbers M5 2 12A 0508, M5 4 26 0214E, M5 2 12 0508, M5 2 13A 0508, M5 2 5 0508E, and M5 2 13C 0508E for the respective portions of such land located in Hanover Township, PC (planned commercial) district including parcel numbers 641803060765, 641803005847, and 641814468697 in their entirety, and AI (airport industrial) district including parcel numbers 640970253483, 640970350974, 640970368583, 640970477146, 640970577825, 640970669868, 640970685411, 640970880109, 640980098212, 640981111595, 640970781949, 640981318416, and 640981733939 in their entirety, 2) to remove the PR (Planned Residential) district, and 3) acknowledge FAA-adopted airport hazard-related locations. The proposed Zoning Map is available for public inspection, without charge, during normal business hours at the Municipal Building 2202 Grove Rd, Allentown, PA 18109. LOWER SAUCON TOWNSHIP Notice is hereby given that the Council of Lower Saucon Township will conduct a public hearing and consider the adoption of the ordinance summarized herein, at a meeting on May 20, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to be held at the Lower Saucon Township Municipal Building, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18015. At said meeting, Council shall consider enacting, and if appropriate, will take a vote on adopting Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-03 "An Ordinance of the Township of Lower Saucon, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, to Amend the Lower Saucon Township Code of Ordinances to Strike Appendix A from Chapter 180 – Zoning." The proposed ordinance strikes Appendix A, a chart of Permitted, Conditional and Special Exception Land Uses from Chapter 180 – Zoning, such information already being set forth in the text of the Chapter.
