LOWER SAUCON TOWNSHIP Notice is hereby given that the Council of Lower Saucon Township will conduct a public hearing and consider the adoption of the ordinance summarized herein, at a meeting on May 20, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to be held at the Lower Saucon Township Municipal Building, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18015. At said meeting, Council shall consider enacting, and if appropriate, will take a vote on adopting Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-03 "An Ordinance of the Township of Lower Saucon, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, to Amend the Lower Saucon Township Code of Ordinances to Strike Appendix A from Chapter 180 – Zoning." The proposed ordinance strikes Appendix A, a chart of Permitted, Conditional and Special Exception Land Uses from Chapter 180 – Zoning, such information already being set forth in the text of the Chapter. Copies of the full proposed text of said ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the Office of Lower Saucon Township, located at the address above, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on the Township website at www.lowersaucontownship.org, until the date of the aforesaid Council Meeting. Copies of the proposed ordinance may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof. A complete copy of the Ordinance is also available for inspection at Times News Media, 1633 N. 26th St., Allentown, PA 18104.
