NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of East Penn Township, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, proposes to enact the following Ordinance at a public meeting to be duly called and held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at the East Penn Township Community Center, 403 Blue Mountain Rd., Ashfield, PA 18212 which is not less than seven (7) days nor more than thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this Notice. The Board of Supervisors of East Penn Township proposes to adopt Ordinance No. 01-2026, AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EAST PENN, CARBON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING EAST PENN TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE NO. 2009-07 (ZONING ORDINANCE), AS AMENDED, WITH RESPECT TO DATA STORAGE CENTERS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH. The Carbon County Housing Authority (CCHA) will have available to review the agency's 2026 Annual Plan, along with required attachments and documents, at CCHA's Lehighton office, 215 South Third Street, Lehighton, Pennsylvania. The documents will be available May 4th, 2026, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with comments being accepted until May 19th, 2026.
