NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 4 , 2026 , at Catasauqua Borough Hall, 90 Bridge Street, Catasauqua Borough, Pennsylvania, the officers of the Catasauqua Borough Council, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, enacted an ordinance authorizing the issuance of and awarding not in excess of $1,021,000.00 , principal amount , guaranteed revenue note, and the private sale thereof to the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority at par, bearing interest at the rate of 1% per annum for years 1-5, then a rate of 1.743% per annum for up to 15 years thereafter. The Note is a general obligation of the local government unit and its officers are directed to do all acts necessary and proper for the issuance and securing of said Note. No amendments were made during the final passage of this ordinance. A copy of the full text of the ordinance as enacted may be examined by any citizen in the office of the Secretary of the local government unit at 90 Bridge Street, Catasauqua, Pennsylvania, 18032 Pennsylvania, on any business day (except Saturdays and Sundays) between the hours of 8 A.M. and 4 P.M., prevailing time.
