Bids will potentially be awarded at the regular scheduled Supervisor Meeting to be held on June 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Specifications can be obtained at the Municipal Bldg between 9:00 am. and 4:00 pm. M-F. 10% Bid bond or certified check must accompany the bids. Successful bidder must submit a performance bond equal to 100% of the proposed project. PUBLIC NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF A NPDES APPLICATION FOR INDIVIDUAL PERMIT TO DISCHARGE INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER The application proposes an NPDES Application for Individual Permit to Discharge Industrial Wastewater at the existing Little Leaf Farms Agricultural Facility. The site is located at 18 East Kline Road, McAdoo, Carbon County, Pennsylvania. The application requests approval to discharge stormwater from the Little Leaf Farms commercial greenhouse operation. Irrigation water treated by reverse osmosis will be recycled back into Little Leaf Farms' greenhouse irrigation operations or used to water vegetation adjacent to the greenhouses via spray irrigation. Concentrate from the irrigation water treatment operations will be managed by an evaporation system.
