Any claimants to the $1,000.00 U.S. currency and one (1) Glock 27 .40 caliber handgun with an extended magazine are hereby directed to file a claim with the Carbon County Court of Common Pleas under Docket No. CP-13-MD-357-2024 and send a copy of said claim to the Office of Attorney General, 7310 Tilghman Street, Suite 600, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18106, Attn: Kenneth W. Kelecic, Senior Deputy Attorney General. If no claim is filed on or before 30 days from the date of the second publication of this notice, the $1,000.00 U.S. currency and one (1) Glock 27 .40 caliber handgun with an extended magazine shall be forfeited to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General.
